Background Ahisaun For Website

Ahisaun Foundation is a Non-Governmental Organizations in Timor-Leste that provide training, education and accommodation for persons with disabilities. Ahisaun foundation providing housing, outreach and training for young people with disabilities. Ahisaun Foundation organization is currently in Dili, East Timor. All Members there are 69 people. Currently 32 young people living in the so-called Ahisaun Foundation (active members), and supported by three volunteers, and 37 people who live together Parents, called (Non Active Member) Ahisaun Foundation also maintains or educate people with disabilities in society ( passive members) Ahisaun Foundation is currently in Dili, East Timor with the handling of the Members with disabilities who sukup much. To serve the number of Members who are not a bit, it takes a web application to facilitate service.
Members in data processing, there are still some administrative processes are still using manual systems, one Member to service people with disabilities who are in Ahisaun Foundation is a separate system but is still in one part of the foundation institutions.
Service that has been running in Yayassan still using the old system, by recording the ledger and file storage using shelf. Use of the system is considered less effective in dealing with service to Members, especially in the process of data search with disabilities require a long time thus hampering workflow Ahisaun Foundation officers.
Based on these problems, it takes a web application that can support the process of service to Members with Disabilities in order to service more quickly and efficiently.
